      Delivery charges are displayed prior to placing an order. We ship using a major 24 hour express delivery service. This means your products are delivered quickly, treated with care, and fully insured.

      We aim to ship all products within 1 working day from when you place the order. We do our best but cannot always guarantee that there will be enough stock for immediate delivery. If we will be sending product out to you more than 2 days after receiving your order, we will contact you to let you know.

    • Returns & Replacements

      You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us at You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

      If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

      It is most important that before returning any goods you must contact us to obtain an Official Returns Number by emailing you will receive full instructions within 48 hours.

      You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. Of course, this cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. In the unlikely event that the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, via email to - we will deal with the situation as quickly and professionally as possible. 

    • Refunds

      If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 28 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and offer you the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.
